I'm a new member to the GPAA and would like to try the Homack 1 - 3 claim outside of Idaho Springs. Anybody visit the claim recently Is it well marked Anything I should know before I go. I plan on panning or using a small sluice if their is water.

Is it possible to get the 'Mark as Read' also added to the top of each forum so we do not have to scroll to the bottom of the page to hit this feature . Most times only the first couple topics has new information added.

Thinking about getting the three stack cube set up. Will be used as a final cleanup tool. I have a spiral wheel but it's way too finicky to use and I always find gold in the tailings. I know this topics been posted a bunch , I prospect New Mexico mostly small stuff. What's everyone's opinion Joe

How many buckets of dirt are you allowed to take off of a GPAA claim at a time? 4189 2

I am new to the GPAA and new to prospecting. I have been running online paydirt in my garage for the past couple years. I have a recirculating sluice set up and would like to bring buckets to my garage to process. Is this okay and if so how many buckets at a time In short, I would like to go out on a claim and do some test panning. If I find a spot I think is worth it I would like to bring four or five buckets back home to process through my setup. Again I am new to the GPAA and prospecting so ...

I've watched a few videos of different machines but can't tell which direction they spin. I know which direction I think they should. If one were to stick their finger in a ridge half way down, then spun the bowl the correct direction, would their finger end up at the top or bottom Thank you

I am from Peachtree City, GA and have been prospecting on Corps of Engineers properties with a pan and shovel as that is all that is allowed. I joined the LDMA to open up some opportunities to sluice, high bank, and dredge. I am looking for someone that doesn't mind teaching a newbie the ropes when it comes to sluicing, high banking, dredging, and reading creeks and rivers. I am not lazy and looking for a free ride, I am more than willing to do my part of the work. Please...
