BUCKY'S KNOWHERE

Went to the claim on Aug 3, 2019 Directions to claim are accurate. The last 2 miles are on a dirt road and easy to navigate with my 2x4 Ford Escape. I parked at center of claim and could not find a trail but found a less steep area about 20 yards from where I parked and bushwacked my way to the creek. Not too bad but plenty of stickers. Drive approximately 1/2 further down Buck Meadows Rd from the access area close to Lucky Buck to the SW corner of claim Access to both sides of creek is on a path that follows the creek upstream.

The dirt road is in great shape. Found a turn out and parked. Found the the steps that had been cut into the hill to make getting down to the claim a lot easier. Who ever did that, thank you. It made it a lot easier for me to carry my gear down the hill.
