Daily dig permits(available at the site) with the St Joe National Forest are $10.00 for adults and $5 for children 6 - 12 yrs old. No pets and no motorized equipment allowed. Up to 5 lbs of garnets/day are allowed. All equipment for finding garnets are provided at the site. Wear old clothes as the red clay doesn't come out of clothing.
