Our goal in the Membership Services department is to provide all members of the Gold Prospectors Association of America with exceptional customer service, continued communication and support. Our priority is to make sure our members’ needs are met for GPAA, Gold Life and the Lost Dutchman’s Mining Association. We also handle subscriptions to Gold Prospectors magazine, reservations for scheduled outings, and provide information about local GPAA chapters. We always strive to help solve any problem that arises, and provide you with a solution.
Ultimately, you are the gold! We value every single member as family and appreciate your loyalty to GPAA. We would like to thank you for being an ambassador to our organization. Here is just a little bit about us in the Membership Services department:
I’ve worked with the GPAA for 12 years and enjoy interacting with our members, both in-person at the Gold & Treasure Shows, and on the phone.
I am very passionate about making sure that our members are happy and that they have a fantastic experience with our organization. I want to help our members in their quest to find their own gold!
I have worked at GPAA for almost five years, and truly enjoy helping our members. I recently transitioned to the Membership Services department and have an extensive knowledge of our LDMA department.
I enjoy listening to awesome stories about gold finds, and love to sign up new members. This puts a smile on my face. I love every minute of it and hope to continue to help our members with anything they need.
I’m very honored to be part of the LDMA and GPAA family.
I’ve worked in a Member Services related field for more than 25 years. My goal every day is to make sure that each member I get to work with, leaves knowing they spoke to someone who truly cares about them, and wants to make them happy the first time they call!
I enjoy the stories and the genuine conversations I get to have on a daily basis with our members. It is a giant family here at Gold Prospectors, which I’m honored to be a part of! I look forward to assisting you with all of your membership needs in the future. Just know that you will be treated like family when you call.
My background in sales, marketing and events planning for more than 20 years has truly been my passion. I am a dedicated membership services representative, and hope to continue to help assist our members.
I enjoy my conversations with the members, and I seem to learn something new from them daily. My primary goal is to always be a great listener, be honest and courteous, and most importantly communicate effectively.
I spend my spare time writing blogs, gathering with family and friends, cooking and catering. I love to travel and experience other destinations and languages. My biggest accomplishment in life is being a mom and grandmother.

“I’ve worked in customer service since 1985. My passion has always been to help others. Our philosophy in Membership Services is to meet your needs on your first phone call. Our motto is “One call, that’s all.” That being said, we don’t always have the answer. Sometimes, we have to do some research to be able to assist you. In those cases, we make sure to get good contact information from you and set a follow-up date and time so we can get back in touch with you and satisfy your needs.
