What's up with the 2014 edition mining guide hand book why not a 2015 edition it says in the book all way have with you a permit (GPAA) , membership card (GPAA) and last but not lease the holy grail the UP TODATE MINING GUIDE well have they not came out with a new guide? Is 2014 up to date and do we get a new one every year ????And would they send us a big nugget to cure that gold fever!!!!!

Hey Gary, the 2014 is the newest mining guide. The mining guide is published only every 3 yrs or so. To keep it updated you need to check the mining guide updates that are published in the Pick & Shovel Gazette. These are actually supposed to be clipped out or copied, and kept in the mining guide to keep it updated for your use and to have with you if you visit one of the new claims.

I also cut out the mining updates from the Gazette & put them in the mining guide. Mostly the California & Arizona claim updates.

Gary, the Pick & Shovel Gazette is available on the site under the learn tab. They come out every 2 months so the last years is there. That takes you back to last June when the new mining guide came out. Hope this helps.
