I worked inside 50' Tunnels and Mines since 1968 as a Powder Man Blasting "Bazooka" loads of 480 Sticks from 150' away with a Special "NET" Weaved From Shipping 10" Dock Ropes because five (5) miles to the entrance was too far to Run before it goes off and getting up off the deck with a bloody nose after it went off. I remember Clearing Powder Charges that didn't go off. I remember being one of a the FEW Miners skinny enough to fit between a 50' Concrete Casing and the Jagged Rocks of the Mountain with a Concrete Vibrator to settle the "Cement Pour" down a 700' Chute and keep moving between Steel Rebar so as not to be Permenately Entombed Five miles inside the Mountain Or how about Blasting open an underground River and having to grab on to a Railroad Tie or anything else floating past. I Remember assisting the "Jack Hammers" and a Good Friend they called 'The Swede" Looked like a Modern Day VIKING, Grabbed me by the neck and yanked me Clear of a 2-ton Rock the size of a Sofa falling from the Ceiling 50" above. I have seen more Color 5-miles inside a mountain then Most of you have ever Seen in a stream ( except maybe George, Tom & Perry). "GREENHORN" ? I Don't recall being asked to Submit a Resume before Joining LDMA / GPAA in 2007. Maybe you should Check with Other Members before classifying them as Greenhorns also. Respectfully, Rally Hammer Member # 255695

Nice Post. That is the one thing about life. No one can fully appreciate the experiences and knowledge that others have gained throughout their life. We all live within our own movie, and the script is written by each of ourselves. Life is a personal journey, as no one can read the inside of our minds. You seem to have a great wealth of experiences within your script. That is very respectable. These forums were only designed to rank each and every contributor on the basis of their contribution to the forum. Thus you are certainly a greenhorn in the sense of posting, which is somewhat unfair as the computer cannot rank your status based on experience. I am sure though that if you choose to share more of your experiences, many people here would appreciate the wealth of your knowledge, and I guess eventually your posting rank will reflect your life experiences. I for one would like to see more!

It's a computer algorithm that gives you a title based off how many posts you have. All forums give you a title based off that.
