My wife and I live in Alsea, Oregon about 40 miles of the Oregon Coast, we would like to meet some people that lives out west here to go to outing with and have a good time. We are also interested in mining for the Oregon Sun Stones. We will be headed down to Plush Or. after the Burnt River Dig: Any body wants to go make your reservation now. You are welcome to come to the local chapter meetings in Brownsville on the first Sunday of the month (except when it is a holiday w/e) at 1:30 PM. We meet at the fire station, 600 E. Blakely. We have folks from Albany, Corvallis, Eugene, Springfield, Lebanon that come, and are working on setting some outings for this summer as well as one or two to the club claim out of Cottage Grove.

My wife and I live in Estacada just southeast of Portland just starting out and as soon as I can will be getting out to do some prospecting looking to get with others from this area

RP, contact the Portland chapter, the contact info is in the magazine and the Pick and Shovel. Know a couple of guys up there, good bunch to go play with and a lot of information to be had.
