    Hi all,

     I'm new to this group.

I'm interested in purchasing a dry washer.

I've looked at several and have narrowed it down to the Keene 140s and the Royal of approximately the same size.

I know that everyone has their favorites, but I was hoping that the group could give me some honest incites on the pro's and con's of each.

    thanks,

    R. Stone

Robert, their is a Gold Trails episode on the new dustless Keene Drywashers. It was interesting enough I would like to see one working before I bought a Drywashers.

Great point Tim! Thanks for good idea

Robert, here is the episode Tim was referring to - http://www.goldprospector...rn/Video/VideoId/282

You might be able to find more information by searching the forums for "Drywashers" or even using the specific Drywasher(s) you are considering.

Thanks again Tim, and good luck out there to the both of you!

Agree with comments.  Have them both and like them both.  Learn how they work.  And as Kevin has said time and time again.  Make sure the material is dry, dry , dry.

    Thanks guys,
After trying to research both, I've decided to purchase the Royal.
I like the tray system on the Keene, but to me that is not worth the extra $160.00 that they are asking for the 140s.
And also. I already own a Royal high banker and a concentrate water table. The quality is excellent and that was a consideration.
(I am a retired sheet metal worker, so I know a little about the material and workmanship involved in producing something like this type of equipment)
Anyway, thank you for your input.
