All the other directions are a few years old. I tired to follow a hand written map, which didnt go so well. We ended up turning to Ashley flats. Fairly unused dirt road. We got out into a rock field and started hunting. We both ended up with geodes on the top layer. 1 each. They were Nice but not amazing. I played the pictures in the prospecting section. I advise stopping and looking at the “map” the bureau has up. And the. Dillon the first set of directions. Why I didn’t I can’t say? But we had a great time hunting the rock fields and “stream beds”. We metal detected and found No gold and didn’t see any geodes in them either.
