The Pick & Shovel Gazette has learned that the California Supreme Court has accepted the State of California's petition to review the Court of Appeals decision in the People v. Rinehart case.
According to RInehart's attorney James Buchal, this means the appellate court decision will be "depublished," and can no longer be cited in lower courts.
