Original Whites Electronics GoldMaster 24K that I purchased from well known and respected Gold Prospector, GPAA Member and field tester for Whites Electronics Jim McCulloch. I purchased this when the pandemic started used only a few times and health conditions just don't allow me to go to the gold fields. It's in Excellent Condition! It comes with the 6" Concentric Coil, perfect for nugget shooting!!! Repair Questions? This machine has never been in repair because it is fully functioning 100% as a new machine, however because whites electronics did close their doors repair service is available through Garrett metal detectors who is the company that bought white electronics. There is also Centerville Electronics who also handles repairs for whites. It has maybe about 5 hours of use tops, it works perfectly fine, it will also come with the camouflage rain/dust cover. LCD IS IN PRISTINE CONDITION. This is an Amazing machine that allowed me to find some really small pieces of grain down to 1/10 of a grain, that's tiny. The XGB Mode is incredible that allows you to pickup the smallest gold. Definitely, not a garrets revamped, it's the white electronics original from Sweet home Oregon!!

That’s a great price for a great prospecting detector. A White’s classic, Good news is that Garrett is selling those brand new but they’re much more expensive. And since Garrett took it over, parts will be available even though White’s is closed.

Agreed, but I've heard that Garrett has done some tweaks to it. As to service for White's, one of the former workers has a business in Lebanon/Sweet Home Oregon if you don't want to ship cross country for those out west.

I have a Garrett 24k, main difference is they include an AA battery tray with a set of NiCads and a nice charger instead of the original sealed NiCad tray. They are both interchangeable with the Garrett and the Whites detectors, so no one has to worry about replacement parts. Coils are all the same too, other than the color difference, it’s the same detector.
