Try again with the pics, nothing appears
Crush some of that material and pan it
If your gold looking flakes move easily, it's possibly mica
If you try and crush a flake with your fingernail and does, mica
If it turns out to be what you hope, keep you mouth shut

I'll second Bill's last line, and add, if possible file on it if a viable deposit.

If it turns out to be good stuff, get an assay done on some samples.

I've been out prospecting myself and found a quartz vein. The area is identified as possibly having gold. I would appreciate an unbiased opinion as to if I found gold. I have photos to send.
