    how long can a member stay/camp on a GPAA property or claim?

    Hello Joe,
    I'd look into who owns or manages the land (other than the claimant). If the claim is located on Bureau of Land Management (BLM) property your stay would be limited to 14 days/month in most cases but that can vary by state/site. Forest Service land will vary as well.

    BLM and USFS dispersed camping is 14 days in a 28 day period in the same spot. If a GPAA lease property, up to the owner.

    Public and developed BLM/USFS campgrounds may have other limits.
