    As funny as it sounds, Gold dose float, so always wet your pay dirt before putting it in the sluice,
    otherwise your gold could float away and into the next persons sluice. I've learned a lot in a year!

    Hi Kevin,
    thank you for the remark, it puzzles me seeing some vids of miners feeding their sluices dry, you can see the dirt floating away.
    Are you part of the Northern California chapter? I tried calling Robert Gardiola, who's a local chapter here, but never got back to me.

    Robert is running about 600mph any given day of the week it takes some time for him to get back to members including me. You can also reach out to Kevin Bell CA. State Director. His number is listed in the magazine under the state directors listings.
    In a way I feel like I am a member of every GPAA Member Chapter. I work closely with a number of them but Arizona is my home.
