Reaching out to GPAA Annual and GPAA Lifetime members that have not attended an Outing this year (2014) yet.We have a few spots left. Bring family and friends.

End the year at Stanton, Arizona by participating in a GPAA/LDMA Outing.

Not only are we going to find some gold, but learn how to recover more gold.

LDMA Dig – Stanton outing additional activities (all events are subject to change):

     ·        Drywasher Dig (weather permitting for drywashing)

    ·        The Greatest and funniest New Year’s Party in the Desert!

    o   Steak Dinner (donation requested)

    o   Music & Entertainment

o   Play - The Shooting of Charley Stanton Play

    ·        Bingo & Poker Run

    ·        ATV Desert ride to Petroglyphs Box Canyon – long day ride

    ·        Breakfast and Lunch daily… Dinner (verify prior – donations requested)

    ·        Pot Luck

    ·        Campfire stories, tall tales and music nightly or until the wood runs out.

    ·        It’s Hiding . . . Let’s Seek it! - Prospecting & Educational trip off property – This will include searching for an area to claim for the LDMA camp. Participating members should expect a long day in the field prospecting various sites in the desert within 5 miles of the camp. Rough terrain, unpredictable weather and a sore body is the norm for these trips. Oh and some gold.

Just registered and bringing my daughter and grandpa. Lot's of experience outdoors, but total noob to prospecting. Any advice?  We'll be in a 2 wheel drive pick-up.  I assume this will limit our travels.

After having just done my first LDM dig. Bring buckets, lots of buckets. I brought 8 and was not near enough, your are always moving dirt, cons, black sands etc around and of course you want to bring some of that home.

    Thanks Tim,

I found the Need-To-Know section for outings. It was helpful.

108 registered! Woot Woot! We raised the cap for the Outing! A few spots left so register now online or call 877-GOLD(4653)-717 before it's locked out. We will have a waiting list, but why wait if you can register now.

Only 4 spots remaining! We are sitting at 113 registered participants. We have had a few cancel, and filled those spaces and grew. Please realize that there will be no "Walk-Ins" accepted into the Common Dig.

There's a Gold Rush coming upon Stanton, so end 2014 with some color . . . call 877-GOLD(4653)-717 and secure your spot.
