    Just wondering if anyone has tried using a White's Surfmaster in the desert.  I have a Gold Bug 2 for small nuggets and just got the Surfmaster for the beach.  I was thinking about taking the new unit to Arizona on my next trip.  Thanks

      Hi, I know a guy with a Whites. He finds lots of nails and Iron, not much else. Then he would yell "It's just a piece of *** ****** ******* lead.

    John- no experience with that unit (have the MXT and a new MX5).  Drop over to White's forum and someone there will know, and that would probably be olslyfox.
