    Hello Everyone;

    I am sure everybody has their own opinions here.

    I am thinking about the purchase of two different detectors - for two different tasks. I would like to know if anybody has any experience with either one of them and if there are any known issues?

    1st: Fisher Gold Bug 2

    2nd: Falcon MD 20

    Thanks in advance for your input!

    Jim

         Jim, it might help to explain what the task is you have in mind for each detector.

         If I had a metal detector question I would go on line and look up kellyco  metal detectors, get their phone number and give them a call.

         Tell them what you want to do and they will help point you in the right direction.  Your pocket book will most likely be the deciding factor.          Ron

    Thank you Ronald,
    I have spent quite a bit of time on the Kellyco site.

    My thoughts were this:
    The Gold Bug 2 for nugget hunting in the dry washes of California and Arizona mostly and the MD 20 to basically "search" for pay layers in my prospect pits.
    I was just looking for a little first hand (or even second hand ) info from some folks that may have used either one.

    Thanks for the reply Ronald!
    Happy Huntin'
