Every last one is crooked, they may not all start that way - as soon as they start receiving the special interest cash...........CROOKED!

I say this without regard to party, from what I've seen - party makes no difference. Would be pretty easy to throw all sides into one pot and boil it down to one political party "The Crooked Party"

In my opinion, of course.

Jim

I always wonder how many people understand the facts behind many of the laws that get passed by the government, all in the name of saving the environment, global warming, improving safety, helping less fortunate people, ect...While these laws are being debated through committee's, and knowing the likelihood of them being passed, the information is leaked to their close supporters who are busy setting up business's that will capitalize on these new laws or get government grant funding. Look at the big push by Obama with the global warming issue. Ever hear of the Chicago Climate Exchange? It was setup to act much like the NYSE or Nasdaq in order to trade "carbon credits". The Chicago Climate Exchange (CCX) was funded with seed money from the Joyce Foundation, of which Obama sat on the board of directors prior to his political foray. Shorebank was the designated bank of the CCX, and the Clintons are investors in this bank. If it wasn't for the overwhelming win by the tea party supporters in 2010, the Climate bill would have been passed into law and the CCX would have taken flight. Al Gore was a big investor in the CCX. Since 2010, because of the wins in Congress by the Republicans, the liberal Dem supporters were stopped from advancing their agenda. In fact, last I knew, the CCX has been disbanded and died quietly.

Hello All,
I am sure all that took action have received the latest letter.....more like a group letter - stating that The Fair Political Practices (HaHa) folks found nothing wrong and would do nothing.
I am hopeful that our complaints to the IRS may lead to at least a slap on the wrist....... UGH!

Martin - If you have not received yours yet, it's coming. Many people listed "CCed" within the copy that I received. You were one of the folks that should get one soon.

Lets keep trying!
Wish there were some way to get the majority of members here to write their representatives and/or the powers that be.

After reading that letter it reminds me of back country city council personnel that are receiving under the table $$ and poised to blow smoke up anyone's anal posterior when ever it is called for.
This is a State entity? In California?
Lordy! Who named that one and what for? A job?
Sorry people I just don't like Government bullying.

Yes, Marshall...... It does seem to be quite a JOKE. And would be laughable if it were not so painful (living in Ca, that is!).

All of you guys posting here have got it right! The politicians here in California are as crooked as the day is long. The Fair Political Practices council has made this determination because the politicians will ruin them (individually and as an institution) if they had come to any other conclusion. California has much less influence on the IRS so there is still hope there.

The issues we are facing right now have nothing to do with the facts or the environment or even the law, it is an agenda! A dirty rotten to the core agenda,,,,, it is about money and power, not the fish or mercury or water or any other green issue. They use the guise of the environmental issues because it is easy to deceive the masses with feel good save the planet "facts" that people will not verify for themselves.

Fortunately, the law, when it is forced on them is still on the side of the truth. Western Mining Alliance is working on a legal challenge to the CEQA study that SB637 is based on. The truth has a way of prevailing.

Keep educating everyone that you can and keep supporting the organizations like GPAA, WMA and AMRA, it is an expensive fight to get to the truth in these matters.
