I'm looking for a few items for the upcoming prospecting season. A new or used MINELAB GPX 5000 metal detector. A 5' Pro Line, Pro-Mack or Precision gold dredge. With the changing of the forum I have lost all my buyer contacts. Please contact me again. The 2000sf log home is in need of general repairs. It's assessed value dropped from 138 to 132K because it is unfinished on 800sf and I pulled the worthless guttering off and left some hanging for the tax man to see...It was originally a divided one room cabin built in 1976. The 2nd floor and studio apt. and greenhouse/wood storage rooms were added in 88/92/2000. So here's the numbers 132k assessed value, ...
