More quartz here than you can believe at least 2 shafts you can go down, bring your own 20' ladder. I did not enter. Lots of prospects. 3 days detecting hills covered with quartz and wash along side. Gave up looking for gold and mined a nice vein of chrysicolla!

Not a spec of gold found.

I selected the coordinates for the center of the claim and roamed around from there. I spent more than half the day detecting in a few areas of the claim. It’s a very clean claim. Just a few bullet shards, a couple pieces of foil and some hot rocks. Not very many though. The lack of dry washer tailings was my first clue that this area may not produce any color.
There is an adit at the far end that appears to be in a protected area. It only goes in maybe 20 feet or so. It has some wonderful mineralization to look at inside.
I’ll skip this one next time. No sense in hitting it twice.

Sampled several areas and paned. No gold but a nice place to look. Easy to get to and easy walking for us older folks. Had some lunch, gathered up some quarts. Nice day out.

It has potential.

Several quartz vines in center of claim are very mineralized and look amazing. I was using Minelab 1000 detector. I did not find anything except old bullets.
This claim looks like it has good potential. There are several old mine shafts and I found an old mill site, so someone apparently found something in the past.
