Why does the GPAA list the Country Boy Mine as one of it's claim?  It's messed up.  This is an underground mine tour and is no way affiliated with the GPAA.  This is a recipe for disappointment for anyone who goes to this claim.  I ask GPAA to take it off the list.

    Matt,

My suggestion would be to call GPAA office and speak directly to the horses mouth ( claims person )
In no way I'm I insinuating the claims person is a horse, they do a great job keeping things straight.
take all the question out of it and get the facts.
If it is erroneous information, maybe it can be reflected in the new mining guide, if not to late.

GPAA has listed many locations in the online mining guide just as we have always listed places other than claim in the guide. This was started previous to the 94 that I know of. We do the listing to give members options of other things to do. Members should be using the online guide as a supplement to the paper version. Places that are not claims you will need to investigate further to see what they allow or when they are open and if there is a cost involved. I would suggest doing this through a search engine on the computer.
