    Good morning fellow GPAA members!
I'm looking for information about a reasonably simple and inexpensive online course in basic geology and/or mining, just to improve my knowledge on rocks, minerals, and how to find and/or identify them etc.
As a greenhorn i figure the more i can learn, the more successful I'll be.
    Any recommendations / Ideas?
    Thank you.

Check out Ask Jeff Williams on Youtube. He is a degreed geologist/prospector who gives information with a fun twist.

Check out the rock doc in S. Colorado. Has given a couple of online series of classes. Possibly has them saved.
