Greeting all. Have some questions that I hope everyone one can answer or have a opinion on.

there's a small section on the husker #1 claim that I would like to set up a small operation on. before going any  farther I would like to make sure I'm within the club regs. and have members onboard. I would like to bring in  a small track hoe and mine a small area. the hoe would be used to strip and stockpile topsoil and OVB if needed.  With little water on the claim I would also like to build a stock pond for my small operation and any club members that could utilize it.

I'm looking at this as step one if we will be able two continue to step two ill be able to provide a more in depth mine plan such as area of effect, stockpile plans reclamation plans and so forth.

I would really enjoy this opportunity if possible and Im looking for to some feed back

             sincerely  your Kenny Sutton

GPAA claims don't allow for any "heavy" equipment use.  GPAA takes care of the filing fees and yearly fees in return for members use, but the claims still belong to the owner.

Any use as you describe would have to be approved by the owner, and what you describe would most likey require a NOI and POO with the land agency involved.  Long (read years) and costly process.

Forget it, IMO,  sorry to be a wet blanket, but it won't fly, let alone get off the ground.

Thank You Arthur, I just responded on the other post on the forum. To restate all GPAA claims for regular use are for casual use, no earth moving equipment allowed.
