    Hello all,

I am a new GPAA member and am also a member of my local chapter of "Team RWB" . Team RWB (Red White and Blue) can be found at https://www.teamrwb.org/ and I have copied the mission statement just to give you an idea of what the organization is about. We are an international organization of active duty and veterans that focus on veteran activities and also helping the local veteran community through volunteering, etc. Please understand that I'm not trying to recruit via this forum, I just want to lay down the background to my request.

"To enrich the lives of America’s veterans by connecting them to their community through physical and social activity.
Every year, more than 250,000 active duty service members transition out of the military, joining the 3.5 million post-9/11 veterans already living in communities nationwide. They face many challenges including isolation, weight gain, lack of purpose, and other health issues.

Team Red, White & Blue is the antidote to the isolation and health challenges they face. We insist that all veterans have the opportunity to reclaim what was most precious about their military service: an unwavering sense of belonging born of challenges that show us what each of us is capable of. Together, we strive to make tomorrow better. Together, we will increase mental and physical health. Together, we will find strength and success."

My question is, is it possible to setup an event, legally, where I, as the GPAA member, can host a small RWB team for an event on a GPAA claim? The purpose of this event would be multi tiered.
    1. To introduce Active Duty, Veterans and their families to the joys of prospecting and to some of the associated equipment.
    2. To teach them about basic geological events which cause the gold and other mineral deposits as well as general desert knowledge.
    3. To get them and their families off the couch and out exercising without calling it "exercise".
    4. To give back to the claim and to mother nature by cleaning up modern trash, while leaving items of historical context in place for others to enjoy.

I'm not sure who to ask or how to go about setting this up, if it is even allowed etc.
We are looking at a specific claim, "Placer Pete" in California since it is a GPAA claim and also is close to Fort Irwin, where the majority of the RWB team lives.

What coordination with GPAA does Team RWB need to make?
What coordination with the claim owners does Team RWB need to make?

Any guidance on this will be greatly appreciated!!
