Has anyone here gone to the " royal flush " claim in New Mexico ? Thanks , Joe.

I have. It's on a hillside, access 2WD but a bit tricky. Couldn't actually drive onto the claim, but can get pretty close. Old mine shaft there. Evidently the gold is EXTREMELY fine. I didn't see any. The ore they were going after is greenish in color. Like most of NM, there is no water on the claim.

That's what we did. Ended up regretting not spending the time at Greyback.
Royal Flush is interesting, but not nearly as productive.

<p>i was there a couple months ago. the mine has a few open holes and possible sink holes up top. i didnt find any gold. alot of surface quartz. east of the mine is an area that looks to be bulldozed flat. i tried vacuuming the culverts under the road and found nothing. im a nubbie so someone more experienced might have better luck</p>and the material found outside the mine is biotite
