Really depends on how deep down the rabbit hole you want to go. There are options where you can pay to have things printed but to build it from scratch...it's kind of fun. There are some smaller units to buy but it's another learning curve if you never have done stuff like this before.
There ARE companies that will print things for you but if you're willing to spend between $200-$600 on a printer and have the time to learn the basics there is so much potential. As long as people understand this is not a FAST replacement. That Blue Bowl type took almost 18 hours to print. However I can make it smaller, bigger, deeper...I can adjust the angles. I can take inspiration from various specialty mats and incorporate them into interchangeable plates or just print an entire Sluice with them.
Found a few things on one of the file site http://www.thingiverse.com/
But I have yet to try them out. I like the ability of making my own to be honest.
https://www.tinkercad.com/ is a free CAD 3D design program that is a good way to get started.
I do strongly suggest to do research on the Rep of any printer company if you are looking to buy. I have found that THIS one to have great customer service but the QC on the Mini...not so good. I'm on a 3rd replacement since Jan 2017 but they stand by their products and when they work- they are incredible.
If you are wanting something bigger, again the Customer service is outstanding, a reseller in Tx imports them, builds them, checks them- and fixes them before he ships them out to you. Chris from https://tinymachines3d.com/
I know it's a mixing of worlds but I figure since we are starting to use computers and satellites to find claims...why not look into this too.
