Need to locate the location by GPS, down to three decimal points, via their interactive map that shows open and closed waters. No dredging in ESH (essential salmon habitat) or in 303d listed waters. Dredge has to display permit number. Application fee was $250.00, permit was $250.00 a year. Application good for 5 years, permit is an automatic renewal for 5 years, unless recinded on their forms. If not paid they send to collection.

Oregon DSL has a listing for in water work periods for waters that will give you dredging seasons.
