Pinion Bridge Recreational Placer Mining Area

If coming from from Hwy 141, you will pass town of Naturita, as you go up hill, will see sign for 90 Road - take that road, but don't turn left by Power Plant, go straight uphill (vears right) & follow it to you come to bridge. At Bridge, make a right hand turn on BB36 RD - you are on the claim, find a safe place to pull off to park, its a narrow road. This is Bedrock work / crevassing prospecting in bedrock.
** Tools needed: Prying bars, and suction tubes, this is a BLM site & NO Power Equipment is allowed. It is a very rich claim & you will definitely find Gold.

CAMPSITES - Well maintained Campsites with Bathroom Facilities are further down the road, there are 2 separate areas. Also you can camp here with RV or Tents up to 14 days free.
Too large / long of RV's may be difficult to maneuver down this area due to low branches.
