With the changing of the forum I have lost all my buyer contacts. Please contact me again. The 2000sf log home is in need of general repairs. It's assessed value dropped from 138 to 132K because it is unfinished on 800sf and I pulled the worthless guttering off and left some hanging for the tax man to see...It was originally a divided one room cabin built in 1976. The 2nd floor and studio apt. and greenhouse/wood storage rooms were added in 88/92/2000. So here's the numbers 132k assessed value, 225k replacement value, for sale at 125k. It is 20 miles out of Fairbanks and homes sell for 20-40k above the assessment value....you wont find anything this cheap. The 20x30 garage on a cement pad is worth over $25k and the 5 wooded acres is $16k taxed but sells for $5k an acre. You can finish out the one side and live in 1/2 and rent out the other side for $1200-$1300    .
