Coming to this site is a joke. Everytime I try to post on here, a pop up tries to get me to download a malicious adobe or google...

Have not had this complaint from any other user, sounds like it is on your end.

Sorry as a professional IT technician and not having had this issue on 2 laptops, 1 desktop and an I-Pad, I would say you have an infection. Recommend you run a full virus scan while in SAFE MODE not normal mode boot. This will usually find things you could not find in normal mode.

It's called malware, I got hit with one and went to an Office Max and they cleaned it off for free. It was going to be $129 at Best Buy

It really sounds less complicated than that, it sounds like your reader is outdated and you need to install the latest version of adobe reader. I recommend you follow the instructions and install the latest version. If it were malicious it would be blocked by your virus software. All other posts in this thread are misleading and incorrect.

You can download Malware bytes it has some real good protection. Have not had any problems since I started using it several years ago.
