As a new member of the GPAA and someone who lives in an area not known for gold but has a desire to learn how to correctly and successfully prospect for gold, I am attending the 2018 Ohio Gold and Treasure show. I'm not sure what to expect since I've never been to one. How would my time best be used being a newbie?

I *SO* wish that I were able to attend the show this year, but I'm already committed to another that weekend in Gettysburg. But I'm hoping I'll be able to make it next year!

Thomas call Sam at the main office in Temecula, I would do it Monday as I think he will be traveling on Wedsnday or Thursday to Ohio. He probably can find a space for you.

Stop and take in all you can, and Tom hope you make it there. Judy and I will be there by Sat. Evening and attending it on Sunday... We have the Jack Daniels BBQ cookoff championship to attend on Sat . Morning....
Be sure and hit up the Panning booth and bring a snuffer bottle or purchase one from them.

If you haven't already, attend a Buckeye chapter monthly get together. You will learn a lot there and meet helpful folks who will be more than happy to help you. What part of Ohio are you in Brian? Go to chapters section or on Facebook to GPAA Buckeye chapter.
