Has anyone had any recent success at Rye Patch or locality? Or is it a waste of time to try?

Leo if you are interested in finding gold there they are having an open outing there on the weekend of the 26th. of this month. There is still gold to be found there i think they may be even going to have a cat to do a push also.

Thanks Bret. I was wondering who is putting on the outing? I guess we would need to contact them to attend? When I was out there 2 months ago there was a sign for the Dusty Mining Project. I read the ops plan they have filed with the state. It seems that they are going to mine 5 acres of land there and use a grizzly trommel with recirculation ponds. They must have a good idea that there is still enough gold.. Seems interesting.
