still waiting for mind new one too

I too have still not received my Guide as promised and have been kicked off Claims on my last 2 outings due to the outdated material.  So I have little choice but to force the issue.

1. One last phone call today in an attempt to get what Ive paid for.

2. Send "Lawyers Letter", of which response will cost much more than they are saving by withholding my guide.

3. Back to my sluice.

Chris---Check with Dom or Brandon via PM first and see if it was actually shipped.  Could have been lost in transit with the way USPS handles stuff these days.

 If it was not sent and you were due one, then you have an issue.

Scott--if you only joined for one year, then yes, that is my understanding as well.

Thanks for the response guys but it was not sent.  

Upon joining,  I was told upon joining that I would get an updated guide every year as they came out.

In June I was told I would receive mine after all the Lifetime members received theirs. 

They are now telling me I must sign a 3 year contract and pay the renewal now that is not due for 7 months yet, before they will send the guide.  

Well, like grandpa used to say, fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.

Id rather cut my losses, than deal with such an organization.

Chris: You would only need to purchase a one year membership to receive the most current Mining Guide.  I'm sorry you were informed incorrectly.

Since it appears to be Chris was told it was coming, it would be in the interest of the GPAA to ship one out. 

I am an auto body tech, and the old saying that you do 20 good jobs, you might get one referral, but do one bad job and you just sent 20 jobs down the road that you will never see, applies here as well.

Hope someone down there will stand up and take care of you Chris.
