I've watched the show since day 1. Parker has learned the knowledge needed in business from his grandpa. R.I.P. I don't think his girlfriend will be problematic for his operation. I think she'll be an asset. As he is 21 years old and can sew his oats at his operation run his operation the whole season without rushing to pack up camp, run to town to get laid.
As far as Todd Hoffman is concerned. He's a special kind of stupid. He takes a couple years to fiqure out how to mine the Klondike. When he finally hits over a 1000 ounces. He heads to a 3rd world country to mine nothing looses his ass. Goes back to the Klondike, then hits 2700 ounces. Now he's in oregon chasing a lost cause someone else lost their ass on. 
My opinion about Todd is, he should read that book he claims to follow so well. The Bible talks about Greed plenty. Anyone who can dig up 3000 ounces of gold is plenty of money.

A lot of people are complaining about Tony and his familys language but they are hard core miners and that's the way it is, but I watch it to see parker and I love those old bucket line dredges, did anyone catch the code on  Fridays show I watched it 3 times and still didn't see it lol. are they even giving out a code every week like last yr ?

I got direct tv, don't like it but I"m stuck with for a while,  its on 278 on direct tv.  I got the code the first 2 weeks but I watch this 3 times for fridays code and didn't see it anywhere, did anyone else not see the code  ?

I have DTV, cant remember what channel. we always have it set up to record as we can watch it later and burn through the commercials.
they always bleep tonys language out, I don't see an issue with it. I like his way of doing things or going about getting things done.
