Is there an active GPAA club in Abilene, TX I’ve sent a couple of emails to the club listing in the GPAA directory but no answer. If there isn’t an active GPAA club are there any members in the area I’m moving to Abilene from the Alamogordo, NM area and would like to see what’s going on in the local area gold panning-wise…

I was travelling across country during my gap year before heading to college. I rockhounded a little bit and was stopping into a shop to buy a rock hammer and saw a pan sitting there. Hi everyone, Total rookie question…. I just purchased a new pump (Honda GXH50 with Proline HP100 pump). No manual on the pump though. Question is: the hose fitting near the discharge outlet, is this only a priming port or is it duel usage to hook up an actual hose Thank you, Jase

Hello, I am a first year suction dredger. (4 inch keene). Looking for places to dredge around Fairbanks. Any suggestions are appreciated. I have an ADFG permit for Interior/Kenai/Mat-su etc. Plan on taking my dredge and truck camper and boondocking by a river for a few days and repeating.

Due to some family issues I’m hanging up my metal detectors for a while but just didn’t want to drop off the grid before saying good bye. I have to cancel my LDMA membership as well which also cancels my Lifetime GPAA membership. Being I’m paid up until the end of May I wanted to get this posted as soon as possible. I bought a 20 acre claim in Idaho City on Granite Creek. I camped there for a week, and brought back several granite, and quartz peace's lined with both Gold and Silver, I dug into a Quartz vein I believe and have 2 small bowls full of sludge and Gold flakes. I am brand new and need help cleaning my minerals. If anyone is in or near Moses lake who has equipment and knowledge to help me, I would appreciate it.
