Going to be prospecting the northern Black Hills with my family this summer for the week of 6/20-6/26. Move down from Washington and have been out quite a few times here in Arizona and have had no luck. I know gold is not easy to find but I am very knowledgeable about finding gold around water. This desert Prospecting has got me really frustrated. Would love to meet someone who can show me a few tricks to finding gold down here. I bought a new house about an hour south of Phoenix. Hello all, Been a member of GPAA for a while but never had much time to use my membership. I recently retired and am looking for people to meet up with for prospecting adventures / Day trips. I've always felt it safer with two or more people. My wife isn't interested. I'm interested in hitting claims as well as looking for new territory to explore and maybe find something to claim. I'm planning on doing some prospecting outside of Livingston this summer and am looking for fellow prospectors to go out with. Historically it's a good gold producing area. I haven't done too bad so far but.... This is Grizzly bear country and would like the safety in numbers. I have all my own equipment and my own transportation. Definitely will involve back country hiking. I like to go out for a few days at a time when I go.. Get ahold of me if interested. Thanks for reading.
