Gold Fever host Tom Massie handed out two extra Alaska Gold Expedition trips at our last two gold shows in Mesa, Ariz. and Pomona, Calif. this month.

The new year got off to a great start with the first Gold & Treasure Show ever held in El Paso, Texas Jan. 8 and 9. Here are the contest and major prize winners:

Don’t miss the Gold & Treasure Show in Mesa, Arizona this weekend! The Mesa Gold & Treasure Show will be held Saturday and Sunday, Jan. 15-16. This show promises to be one of the most popular shows in gold show history! The Pomona, California Gold & Treasure Show follows right on the heels of the Mesa show next weekend, Saturday and Sunday, Jan 22-23. This is a southern California show you won’t want to miss!

GPAA has proudly announced the 2011 gold show schedule. We look forward to a successful year on the road.

The first half of the Gold Show season concluded last weekend at the Oklahoma State Fairgrounds with over 1,000 enthusiastic attendees at the two-day event. 

Sales were as strong at the Indianapolis Gold Show as they have been at any event this season as 1,258 attended the two-day event May 15-16 at the Indiana State Fairgrounds.

Over 3,000 people attended last weekend’s Gold Show debut at the SouthPoint Hotel and Casino. The crowd almost doubled the second-highest total for the year, making Las Vegas the most successful stop - by far - in 2010.

Tim Bowen and Donald Esch were the latest Alaska Expedition winners at the Salem Gold Show March 27-28 at the Oregon State Fairgrounds in Salem.
