They have arrived! The long-anticipated updated version of the GPAA Claims Club Mining Guide is now ready for distribution! The bulk mailing of the guides for the Lost Dutchman’s members will begin after Nov. 9, 2009. 

 

Remember, the status of your LDMA membership and a current mailing address determines if you are included in this bulk mailing (There is NO mail forwarding). If you do not receive the Mining Guide by Dec. 15, you can contact the GPAA/LDMA Customer Service Department to verify your membership status. If an LDMA member brings  their membership/dues account current, the member must request for the Mining Guide personally at this time, GPAA/LDMA will not mail the Guide automatically out to the member!

This also brings the subject of the 2010 LDMA/GPAA membership cards and permit. Again, the status of the LDMA membership determines if the member will receive the cards and permit. The scheduled time for the membership cards and permits mailing starts in January, 2010. 

The same policy applies as the Guide. After the bulk mailing is completed, mailing of the membership cards will have to be personally requested after status of membership is reviewed.
